It's been a topic of Soapboxes in the past - the slow steady power-up of characters in AC. As the player base ages (and grows bored) our game dynamic changes giving us stronger weapons, stronger armor and stronger foes. This week's "Ask Lao" is a lament to that very state, although he triumphs the creation of Aphus Lassel - a symptom of the same syndrome as it was created for the "extreme" high level player.
